Tried this place out today (short ribs and fries) and I must say It was very fresh and delicious food came out quick. Portion was just enough for me to. I hope this place gets more recognition

Located right on the Morristown Green, this food truck came through! Fresh, innovative flavors. I tried both the Fig Bacon Jam burger and the Paradise Burger with grilled pineapple, both were unique and delicious. He uses high quality Grass-fed beef so you can feel good after eating it. Bring a folding chair, plenty of napkins and enjoy it hot and fresh off the grill.

Stopped at the food truck yesterday on the way up 287. Wow, the most amazing burger ever! Ordered two Wagu burgers and fries for $41…..wait don’t stop there. There are less expensive options for burgers but we wanted to give these a try. This food truck is impeccably clean, the owner is cheerful and hospitable and everything we had was outstanding! We even tried the fries with short ribs which were to die for. The special sauce also added so much to the burgers and ribs. We parked right along the park near the food truck and in a nicer day would have enjoyed our meal in the park. Bravo Morristown for welcoming such an outstanding business to your town!

We were happy to see an organic food truck in town and were hoping it would taste decent. It was hands down the best burger we've had in the US since we moved here a year ago. The buns, the patty, the fries. All great. It was the first time we were able to have a burger in the US, that was not prepared at home, without our digestive system acting up after for us or our daughter. We hope people will support this business. Love it.
